We all know that almost everything is available on the web.  Every consumer is shopping online and that includes real estate.  Obviously nobody is buying a house online but they are narrowing their search and being attracted to properties that show well from national real estate websites like Realtor.com and  Zillow.com or the site listings from local realtors.

However when a prospective home buyer or renter is looking for a home, they want it to feel warm and inviting. If your property photos are unlevel, dark and blurry you could be losing a lead or even a sale. Not only does this show poorly of the Real Estate Agent but it also shows the clients property in an uninviting way.  More than ever it’s important as a Real Estate Agent to make your presence and your listings more attractive to potential buyers, sellers and renters.

Like any product, a seller should showcase their home with the best quality images available.  As a greater Denver area real estate photographer, I have photographed properties ranging from the low end of the market to multi-million dollar estates.  Every property is unique and offers special features to that one potential buyer.

As a real estate photographer, I can always find ways to highlight a homes features and small details with high quality real estate photography.  The skills and technique of a professional real estate photographer can attract buyers to a property.  Another great real estate photography tool is the 360-degree panoramic image.  This image is seamless 360-degree view of an exterior or interior and is viewed in panoramic image viewer that can be added to all realtor listing sites.

The 360-degree panoramic photography is a combinations of photographic skills and computer skills.  Here a series of images are stitched together to form one panoramic image.

There are several software programs that claim to do the job but the one I like best is called “PTGui”.  I am able to stitch together 12 horizontal images to create a 360-degree image or 60 horizontal image to create a full 360 by 180 degree panoramic image from top to bottom.  This gives a potential buyer a complete view of  interior of exterior space.

The online portal I use is called Get Your View.  Actually, after much comparison research is was clear that Get Your View is the highest quality, most flexible technology solution available for residential and commercial real estate virtual tour presentations.  This tour can be modified many ways and completely customizable with an agents name, contact info, company colors and logo.
