Brian did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING job.

I highly recommend him! Your pictures will be amazing. But also the value of what you’re getting will surpass any other photographer you can find.

Millions of people are married every year. And while the majority of them are planned within the community they live in, its not always the case.  Many dreams are built upon visions of barefoot beach weddings and vow exchanges in far away castles. And in some cases it may be a time to come home and celebrate with family and friends after moving far away for school or career.

However, if you do not live near a beach, castle or other amazing venue, or have access to jump in the car and visit the different vendors needed for your wedding day, it can be tough to fulfill your wedding dreams.

Planning a long distance wedding might take a bit more time and effort, but when you say, “I do” at the venue of your dreams, it will all be worth it.

Choose your venue as soon as possible and make reservations well in advance. You may want that wedding on the beach, but if you wait until the last minute to reserve the venue, you could be out of luck. Making solid plans ahead of time will give all of your guests plenty of time to make travel arrangements.

Plan on making a few trips to the venue for mapping out the details. Or rely on a family member or friend nearby to check in and make sure your choices are good. Remember to get as much done as possible on each trip – if you forget to do something, you will not be able to fix it from afar. Having a very specific to-do list will help ensure that you complete all of the necessary tasks.

Consider setting up a website specifically for your wedding. This can be a central point for guests to RSVP, as well as a place for vendors to communicate with you. Your florist can leave messages about your chosen arrangements, your baker can keep you updated about your cake, along with anyone else that needs to keep you posted.

Do not forget to find out the details about marriage licenses in your chosen location. Some places have residency requirements and other similar rules. Find out the rules and make sure you can legally marry in your chosen venue.
